In light of that the law in this area has also developed rapidly in Turkey. The latter is being particularly true of information technology and telecommunications and this is eminent by the numerous conventions Turkey is a party or a signatory to and its amended Codes. Businesses have become fully conscious that they are able to protect their interests through intellectual property rights.

A trademark and patent attorney works on intellectual property issues, including litigation.
