Capital Markets

The Turkish Legal Centre advises its clients in all aspects of the Capital Markets Law, their initial and other public offerings, tender offers, compliance with the Capital Market Board Regulations, settlement of disputes relating thereto and obtaining of required permissions and approvals. Our services encompass restructurings, refinancing as well as private placements. We also offer assistance with public securities transactions, in particular in the case of initial public offerings, secondary placements of shares, placements of bonds, notes and derivatives (options, warrants, swaps, futures, hybrids etc.) and with the issue of investment fund units and units of other collective investment schemes.
